These reports all work basically the same way: Select a year and a city agency or department, then click the "Search" button.

For the Advanced Search report, the selections cover sources of income, business with the city, family members' transactions with the city, family member employment, representing interests before the city or courts, and property and stock ownership.

Clicking or tapping the document icon in the first column will open a a new window with the filing document formatted for printing.

If the "Show All Fields" box is not checked, only the filer's name and agency will be shown. Leaving the box unchecked will speed the query. This is useful for mobile devices and and slower connections.

The "Export" button at the botom of the page will export the query results in a CSV format. You should check the "Show All Fields" checkbox when exporting.
